This is a legal agreement between you and Shenzhen Foxwell Technology Co., Ltd. (Foxwell hereafter) governing your use of Foxwell’s diagnostic tools and website application (Collectively, the “Service”).
Please read this Agreement carefully before registering. By using the Service you agree to abide by all of the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to, or cannot comply with this Agreement, please do not use the Service.
1.Introduction to the service
The service is provided by Foxwell on the basis of its rules, terms and regulations. All of the information, content, services and software displayed on, transmitted through, or used in connection with the Foxwell website, including, for example, news articles, reviews, text, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips, video, html, software, as well as its selection and arrangement, is owned by Foxwell.
For the successful use of the Service, please make sure
(1) Provide the accurate and complete registered information as requested;
(2) Update your registered information according to the latest-changed Service;
(3) Promptly report faults and queries to Foxwell's technical support team, co-operate with Foxwell in performing the Services and provide any assistance or information as may reasonably be required by Foxwell;
(4) Prepare all the necessary equipment for using the Service at your own expense, including computer, card reader and other devices, also the charges for the network and phoning.
2. Revision of the agreement
Foxwell reserves the right to change this Agreement from time to time and will post the changed Agreement on the foxwell website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your agreement to abide by this Agreement as changed. Any breach of this Agreement may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service, without notice, in addition to the other remedies available to Foxwell.

Foxwell do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Foxwell do not edit or disclosure your personal information unless it’s permitted by law or it’s obligatory to share your information in the following situations
(1) For complying with the law and the procedure of the Service;
(2) For protecting the trademark ownership of the Foxwell;
(3) For protecting the user's personal interests or public interests;
(4) For other relevant needs to require Foxwell to provide such information.
4.Registration and account creation
After successful registration, you will be the solely legal person to be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration Information. You take full responsibility for the safety of the username and the password, and for all deeds and actions.
If any of your registration information changes, you must update it promptly by using the mechanism or contact information on the Service that allows you to change or update your Registration Information.
5.Disclaimer the Warranty
Although Foxwell try to provide accurate information on the Service, the materials may contain inaccuracies, errors and typographical errors. Foxwell do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information contained on the Service. We may make changes to the Service at any time without notice and make no commitment to update the Service.
You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the continuous operation of or access to our sites, services, applications, or tools. You further acknowledge that operation of and access to our sites, services, applications, or tools may be interfered with as a result of technical issues or numerous factors outside of our control.
6.Limitation of liability
You acknowledge that you are using the Service at your own risks.
The Service does not take responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, unusual or ensuing losses resulting from: improper or illegal use of network service, shopping or trade online, or message error.
7.Monitoring
Foxwell strives to provide an enjoyable online experience for you, so we may monitor activity on the Service, including in the community, personal ads, and chats, to foster compliance with this Agreement. All users of the Website hereby specifically agree to such monitoring. Nevertheless, we do not make any warranties or guarantees that:
(1) The Service, or any portion thereof, will be monitored for accuracy or unacceptable use;
(2) Apparent statements of fact will be authenticated;
(3) We will take any specific action (or any action at all) in the event of a dispute regarding compliance or non-compliance with this Agreement.
8.Comments on the Service
Service does not necessarily endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify, or agree with the comments, opinions, or statements posted on forums, blogs or otherwise contained in the Website. Any information or material placed online, including advice and opinions, are the views and responsibility of those who post the statements and do not necessarily represent the views of Service or its third party service providers. You agree that Service and its third party service providers are not responsible, and shall have no liability to you, with respect to any information or materials posted by others, including defamatory, offensive or illicit material, even material that violates this Agreement.
9.Safeguard
You agree to safeguard and maintain all members' interests of the Service, pay the attorney fee arising from exceeding the limit of use, and compensate the loss caused by violating the terms of service.
10.Terminate the service
Foxwell reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate this Agreement, your registration for any program offered on the Service, your ability to access the Service, and to remove any User Content, for any reason, including without limitation any breach by you of this Agreement or conduct by you that we determine to be inappropriate.
You can quit one or more items of network service according to practical situation. You have the following rights if you is not satisfactory with the revised terms or the service provided by Foxwell’s Service
(1) Stop using the service of Foxwell’s website;
(2) Ask Foxwell to terminate service to you;
After termination of service, user's rights for using the network service is ended. From that moment, you have no rights and Foxwell has no obligation to transmit any unfinished information to you or the third party.
11.Notification
All notifications will be put on important web page or sent to user via E-mail or conventional mail. Modification of terms, change of service and other important events are notified in such manner.
12.Advertising
Any promotional activities, such as making advertisement, showing user's product on the Foxwell Website, freight, payment, service, commercial conditions, guarantee and product deion are done between the user and advertising designer. Foxwell Company is not liable for such activities.
13.Copyright
You acknowledge that any and all of content subsisting in or used in connection with the products, the software updates and all documentation are and shall remain the copy right of foxwell and may only be used to perform its obligations under this Agreement and shall not remove any trade mark from the products.
You shall not during or after the expiry or termination of this Agreement, without the prior written consent of Foxwell, use or adopt any name, trade name, trading style or commercial designation that includes or is similar to or may be mistaken for the whole or any part of any trademark, trade name, trading style or commercial designation used by Foxwell or any third party.
14.Law and disputation
The terms of network service should accord with relevant law of the People's Republic of China. You and Foxwell agree to obey the ruling of the Supreme Court. Should there be any contradiction between the some terms of the service and the law of the People's Republic of China, the terms should be re-explained according to the law, and other terms still keep valid.
